I’m super excited to share with you my first ever flipping report!
My intention is to show you the exact items I purchased and flipped.
Early in my financial life, I recognized that I can only cut expenses so much, I had to work on earning more income. One of the best ways to increase your income is through side hustles.
But here’s the thing, you’ll never hear me talk about taking surveys for money or side hustles that really aren’t worth your time.
That’s where furniture flipping came into play for me. I’ve been flipping for over 2 years now and have credited flipping to helping me increase my:
- Savings for properties/investments
- Negotiation skills
- Product marketing
- Copy writing
It’s one of my favorite side hustles ever. In fact, I’ve even detailed out a lengthy post for how exactly to get started into furniture flipping.
What Items I Flipped/Listed
Some of the pieces I sold or listed are DIY and some are just simply cleaning them up and selling them directly.
