  1. Zero trees are cut down every year to make money.

    Yep, turns out our bills are a linen and cotton blend- so no one be “gettin’ paper after all.”

  2. The word “buck” for describing money came from the good old days of trading food, gold, or even deer and elk bucks…. hence the word buck.

  3. The flu virus can live on a dollar bill for 10 days (only 48 hours outside of the human body).

    So please don’t kiss your money- you will get ill, for real.

  4. 90% of all US dollar bills have trace amounts of cocaine.

  5. It costs 2.41 cents to make one penny.

    Smh.

  6. You can buy an uncut sheet of 32 $1 bills.

    No wonder we feel so broke every month.

 Pretty crazy stuff right? I had to share these with you guys, because they definitely made me look at my cotton/linen blend differently.
