Over the next 30-days, we will be taking a journey to improving your life. You will be given accountability through an optional private Facebook pop-up group to help you achieve your best results on your journey to positivity. I’ll be popping in to say hello and support you along the way.
How does it work?
Each day you will receive an video in your inbox explaining the challenge for the day. The challenges are ALL something you can accomplish the exact same day.

How much time is this challenge going to take?
Each challenge is designed to be completed the same day. They range in level of time commitment, but most are much, much less than one hour.
Do I need a Facebook?
Oh heavens no! The private pop-up Facebook group is completely optional. It’s just another way to connect with other’s going through the challenge and network with likeminded people.
How physically demanding are the challenges?
If you can go for a walk, you can successfully complete the challenge. This is not a do 80 pulls, run a half marathon, eat only chicken and broccoli type of challenge. This is designed to help you improve your mental toughness, emotional health, and build positive habits.
